After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Education and Nutrition, Laurie lived a varied and colorful life in Upstate New York, the Florida Keys, the Carribean, Colorado and finally West Michigan. She brings a wealth of customer service experience from the marine industry and other physical therapy clinics. A self-taught office manager and billing specialist, she brings enthusiasm with her to work every day. Her coworkers describe her as "optimistic, building relationships with clients, efficient, and knowledgeable."
