You can request an appointment several ways.
Call central scheduling at 616.847.1280, and we can schedule an appointment for either our VanWagoner Rd. location or at Spring Lake Community Fitness and Aquatic Center. Feel free to leave a message after hours, and we will call you the following day. You can fax a prescription to 616.847.1290 Email heal@s3physicaltherapy.com and we will contact you. We try to offer initial evaluations within 24 hours. You are welcome to request a specific therapist. |
