S3 is once again sponsoring the Grand Haven Triathlon in July 2010. New in January of 2010, we welcome Greg Gould to the team here at S3. Greg is joining us to provide run coaching services to motivate, encourage and inspire athletes of all abilities to reach their goals this year. He will be coaching for both spring and fall distance events for 1/2 and full marathoners.
