What to Expect
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out some brief paperwork. Your first appointment will last from 45-60 minutes during which we will ask about your past medical history and your current symptoms. We will ask you to go through some basic motions to see where your limitations may be, and this will guide your treatment. Many of our patients have been to physical therapy before, and they are consistently surprised with our treatments. The main difference is you are with your therapist for the duration of your treatment. You will not be handed off to assistants or technicians who repeat the same treatment whether it is working or not. Our treatments are designed to be repeatable at home after your therapy has ended, so you will not see fancy equipment. We do not need it, and neither do you. |
